Originally it supposed to be build in the new founded kota melaka (besides Quayside Restaurant)..but when they start digging they find out the old 'Kota Melaka' on the original site so they shifted the site to where it is now

It climbs 110 meters and rotate 360 degree so that u can have the 360 degree view lah of malacca town and it takes you 7 mins to go up and down
